Exchanges:

We gladly accept exchanges for unused and uninstalled products within [Number] days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the items must be:

  • In their original packaging, with all tags and manuals intact.
  • Free from any damage, scratches, or alterations.

Please note:

  • You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own peace of mind.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets the exchange conditions, we will process your exchange request and ship the new item to you free of charge.

We do not currently accept returns for a full refund. However, we may offer store credit towards a future purchase at our discretion.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered products
  • Installed products

How to initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team by phone at +(971)54 591 8492 or email at [email protected].
  2. Inform them of your intent to exchange a product and have your order details ready.
  3. Our customer service representative will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).
  4. Carefully pack the unused and uninstalled item(s) in its original packaging, including all manuals and tags.
  5. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the packaging.
  6. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service representative.

We recommend keeping your proof of shipment for your records.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment.
  • Processing exchanges may take up to 1-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • You will be notified by email once your exchange request has been processed.
